Audit-ready seat cost engine: import Trial Balance, map accounts into buckets, allocate shared costs, and produce a clean rate card for per-agent seat pricing.
Model: Labour + Management + Facilities/Tech/Connectivity/Ops → Seat Cost → Markup → VAT. When payroll is consolidated, agent vs TL is derived using k and Agents/TL (formula-consistent with the original rate-card logic).
